These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all games, applications, and services ("Services") provided by Clegames, Inc. ("Company", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use our Services.

1. Eligibility

Our Services are available to users who are 4 years of age or older. Users under the age of 14 (or the applicable age of consent in their jurisdiction) must have parental or guardian consent before using the Services or making any purchases.

2. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

The Company reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. In-App Purchases & Virtual Items

Our games may offer virtual currency, items, or other digital content ("Virtual Items") for purchase. Please note:

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law
  • Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Virtual Items are licensed, not sold, and remain the property of the Company
  • The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Virtual Items at any time
  • Prices are subject to change without notice

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

  • Using cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, or any unauthorized third-party software
  • Modifying, reverse engineering, or decompiling the Services
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
  • Selling, trading, or transferring your account to another person
  • Using the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
  • Uploading or transmitting viruses or malicious code

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within our Services, including but not limited to graphics, characters, game mechanics, music, text, and software, is owned by or licensed to Clegames, Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission from the Company.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.

9. Termination

The Company may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

You may also terminate your use of the Services at any time by deleting your account and uninstalling our applications.

10. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through in-app notifications or by posting the updated Terms on our website. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Seoul, Korea.

본 이용약관("약관")은 주식회사 클래게임즈("회사")가 제공하는 모든 게임, 애플리케이션 및 서비스("서비스")의 이용에 관한 조건을 규정합니다. 서비스를 다운로드, 설치 또는 이용함으로써 본 약관에 동의하게 됩니다.

본 약관에 동의하지 않는 경우, 서비스를 이용하지 마시기 바랍니다.

1. 이용 자격

당사 서비스는 만 4세 이상의 이용자가 이용할 수 있습니다. 만 14세 미만의 이용자는 서비스 이용 또는 결제 전에 부모 또는 법정 대리인의 동의를 받아야 합니다.

3. 계정 관리

일부 서비스는 계정 생성을 요구할 수 있습니다. 이용자는 다음에 동의합니다:

  • 정확하고 완전한 등록 정보 제공
  • 계정 자격 증명의 보안 유지
  • 무단 계정 사용 즉시 신고
  • 계정에서 발생하는 모든 활동에 대한 책임 수락

회사는 약관을 위반하는 계정을 해지할 권리를 보유합니다.

4. 인앱 구매 및 가상 아이템

게임 내에서 가상 화폐, 아이템 등 디지털 콘텐츠("가상 아이템")를 구매할 수 있습니다:

  • 관련 법령에서 별도로 정하는 경우를 제외하고, 모든 구매는 최종적이며 환불이 불가합니다
  • 가상 아이템은 실제 화폐 가치가 없으며 현금으로 교환할 수 없습니다
  • 가상 아이템은 판매가 아닌 라이선스 형태로 제공되며 회사의 재산으로 남습니다
  • 회사는 언제든지 가상 아이템을 수정, 중단 또는 종료할 권리를 보유합니다
  • 가격은 사전 통보 없이 변경될 수 있습니다

5. 금지 행위

다음과 같은 행위를 하지 않을 것에 동의합니다:

  • 치트, 핵, 자동화 소프트웨어, 봇 또는 미승인 제3자 소프트웨어 사용
  • 서비스의 수정, 역공학 또는 디컴파일
  • 다른 이용자를 괴롭히거나 위협하거나 학대하는 행위
  • 계정의 판매, 거래 또는 타인에게 양도
  • 불법적이거나 승인되지 않은 목적으로 서비스 사용
  • 바이러스 또는 악성 코드 업로드 또는 전송

이러한 규칙을 위반할 경우 즉시 계정이 정지 또는 해지될 수 있습니다.

6. 지식재산권

그래픽, 캐릭터, 게임 메커니즘, 음악, 텍스트 및 소프트웨어를 포함한 서비스 내의 모든 콘텐츠는 주식회사 클래게임즈가 소유하거나 라이선스를 받은 것이며, 관련 지식재산권법에 의해 보호됩니다.

회사의 명시적인 서면 허가 없이 당사의 콘텐츠를 복제, 배포하거나 파생 저작물을 만들 수 없습니다.

7. 보증 면책

서비스는 명시적이든 묵시적이든 어떠한 종류의 보증 없이 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 회사는 서비스가 중단 없이, 오류 없이 또는 바이러스 없이 제공될 것을 보증하지 않습니다.

8. 책임의 제한

관련 법률이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서, 회사는 서비스 이용 또는 이용 불가로 인해 발생하는 어떠한 간접적, 부수적, 특별, 결과적 또는 징벌적 손해에 대해서도 책임을 지지 않습니다.

9. 서비스 해지

회사는 사유 유무에 관계없이, 통지 유무에 관계없이 언제든지 서비스 접근을 종료하거나 중단할 수 있습니다.

이용자는 언제든지 계정을 삭제하고 애플리케이션을 제거함으로써 서비스 이용을 종료할 수 있습니다.

10. 약관 변경

회사는 언제든지 본 약관을 수정할 권리를 보유합니다. 중요한 변경 사항은 앱 내 알림 또는 웹사이트에 업데이트된 약관을 게시하여 이용자에게 알립니다. 변경 후 서비스를 계속 이용하면 새로운 약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다.

11. 준거법 및 분쟁 해결

본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되고 적용됩니다.

본 약관과 관련된 분쟁은 서울 소재 법원을 전속 관할 법원으로 합니다.
